Custom 30ml Dropper Glass Bottles for Serum and Skincare
Source a production-ready 30ml glass bottle and matched dropper system for facial serum, oil and treatment products. Specify the glass finish, neck and closure fit, pipette and bulb, target dose, decoration, test plan, order quantity and delivery market before requesting a quote.
30ml Dropper Glass Bottle Specifications
A 30ml dropper pack is a component system: glass bottle, closure or collar, bulb, pipette, tip, liner or gasket, and any wiper must work together. The nominal fill alone is not enough to select a production SKU.
| Specification field | What the buyer should confirm |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 30ml nominal fill, brimful capacity, fill tolerance and required headspace |
| Bottle | Glass type, color/finish, neck drawing, dimensions, weight range and bottom stability |
| Dropper | Bulb and collar material, pipette material/length, tip geometry, liner/gasket and wiper if used |
| Dose | Target mass or volume per actuation, test formula, temperature and acceptable output range |
| Decoration | Coating, frosting, screen printing, hot stamping, label area and artwork revision |
| Validation | Formula compatibility, leakage, torque, dose, cycling, decoration adhesion and transport checks |
Exact neck finish, dimensions, weight, pipette length and dose depend on the selected bottle/dropper SKU and must be confirmed on its current drawing and production-intent sample. See the dropper selection guide before approval.
Choose a 30ml Glass Bottle Finish

Clear glass shows the formula and fill level. Use it when visibility supports the brand and the formula does not require additional light protection. Confirm glass compatibility, decoration adhesion and the complete dropper fit with a production sample.
A frosted appearance can be created through the selected glass or surface process, depending on the SKU. Approve a signed color and finish sample, define the acceptable appearance boundary, and test print or coating adhesion after filling and transport conditions.
Amber glass or an opaque/translucent coating may be considered when formula protection or brand color is required. The responsible formula team should validate light and compatibility needs; color, coating, print and abrasion limits must be approved before mass production.
30ml Dropper Bottle Procurement Options

Define the bottle, neck, closure, pipette, bulb and target dose as one system. Request drawings and production-intent samples before approval.

Compare clear, amber, frosted and coated finishes, then validate light exposure and formula compatibility for the intended use period.

Specify color master, print area, artwork revision, coating, screen printing or hot stamping, plus adhesion and appearance boundaries.

Approve fit, dose, leakage, compatibility and decoration on controlled samples, then link the golden sample and inspection plan to the order.
Specify the Matching Dropper Components
- Neck and closure: match the bottle drawing, sealing land, thread, liner/gasket and target application torque.
- Pipette: confirm material, outside diameter, usable length, tip shape and clearance from the bottle base across assembly tolerances.
- Bulb: select material and dimensions for the target draw, recovery and formula compatibility.
- Dose: define a measurable output range; test repeated actuations with the real formula at high, middle and low fill levels.
- Safety features: request relevant evidence when tamper-evident or child-resistant performance is required for the intended market.

Test Dose, Leakage and Formula Compatibility
- Record bottle, closure, bulb, pipette, gasket/wiper and formula batch IDs.
- Measure prime behavior and repeated dose under stated temperature and operator conditions.
- Check closure torque and leakage using the agreed fill, orientation, time and temperature/pressure protocol.
- Run compatibility observations for swelling, hardening, cracking, odor, discoloration, leakage and output change.
- Repeat functional checks after the selected aging and transport conditions; retain an approved sample for lot comparison.
Approval should state the exact test method and pass/fail criteria. A water test or visual sample alone does not validate the final formula/package system.
